School Admissions Form

Before your child starts at Greenside, we require parents/carers to complete the school's admissions form. These important documents must be completed and returned to school by Friday 1st July. A printed copy of the form can be found within your child's welcome pack distributed to parents/carers during the Welcome Meeting on 9th June.

Uniform Order Form

If you would like any further information about our school uniform, please see the designated uniform information page of this website. Please complete the Uniform Order Form (also contained within the Welcome Pack distributed during the Welcome Meeting on Thursday 9th June and return to school by Monday 20th June.
