Today we are celebrating 'World Mental Health Day'. Have a look at the assembly Powerpoint below and choose some activities that you'd like to do. Or, do something completely of your own choice that makes you feel happy!

In school, we have been exploring travelling in different ways - skipping, galloping, side-stepping, hop scotch. What ways can you practice?

We've also been improving our sending and receiving skills...what games could you play with a ball? a ball and bat? a beanbag? a frisbee?
