Welcome to Greenside Primary School.

On behalf of the children, staff and governors, I would like to welcome you to Greenside Primary School 'Where Children Come First'. Greenside Primary school is a very popular school which is at the heart of the Pudsey Community and has over 320 pupils on role, aged 4-11. We also have an on site 'Care Club' that provides before/after and pre-school care and education. 

We value our partnerships with parents, carer and members of the community, who make a positive contribution to the life of the school. Our goal is to ensure that each individual has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in life and to become a lifelong learner. We pride ourselves on our rich, broad and balanced curriculum that challenges our children and is bespoke to their interests and needs. 

We strive to develop our children's individuality, creativity and excellence through everything they do. Our inspiring and innovative classroom teaching with a wide variety of residentials, educational visits, workshops and clubs brings our curriculum to life.  At the core of our curriculum is the development of social, moral, spiritual and cultural understanding so that our pupils become confident, caring and respectful citizens. You will see fun, smiling faces when you visit us, but you will also see high quality teaching and learning taking place across the school. 

It is a real privilege to serve this community and I am extremely proud and honoured to be the Headteacher at Greenside Primary School.
